1. Service
The user purchases access to the number of image-generation operations displayed in the interface. The package price and volume are shown before the order is confirmed.
An individual service begins when the user instructs Photomica to create an image. A result is usually produced in about two minutes, although processing complexity or service load may increase this time.
2. Technical failure
If a generation ends with a confirmed technical failure, the coins charged for it are automatically returned to the user’s internal balance.
3. Requests and refunds
For a service-delivery or monetary-refund request, the user contacts Support or the published support email and provides the account identifier, date, amount and a description of the problem.
Requests are reviewed within the periods required by applicable law and the payment platform’s rules. Where a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method.
