Your confirmation
- you have the right to use the uploaded image;
- you have the necessary permission from other identifiable people shown in it;
- the upload does not violate privacy, copyright, or other rights;
- the image does not contain unlawful material.
Permitted processing
You permit Photomica to receive, store and technically transform the image to create the result you requested and make it available in your private history.
Photomica does not use uploaded photos to establish a user’s identity.
Retention
Current retention periods are displayed in the profile. Early deletion can be requested through Support.
