These Terms govern access to Photomica accounts and image generation features.
1. Accounts
Depending on the sign-in method, your account is linked to a working email address or an external-platform user identifier. You must protect the sign-in methods available to you and notify Support if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Service
Photomica creates images from a selected template and an uploaded photo. Generative output is probabilistic and may differ from the user’s expectations.
3. Acceptable use
- do not violate another person’s privacy, dignity or intellectual property;
- do not upload unlawful, harmful or deceptive content;
- do not bypass limits, attack the service or access another account;
- do not use payment details without permission.
4. Content rights
You retain rights in your source material and grant Photomica a limited permission to process it for the requested service. You are responsible for assessing how a generated result may lawfully be used.
5. Availability
Features may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or security. Material changes to these Terms will be published as a new dated version.
